The Truist Digital Sales & Performance Marketing Analytics Team is dedicated to maximizing the return on Truist's digital investments. This role involves supporting the optimization of performance marketing and enhancing client experience through insightful measurement and analysis of business objectives aligned with defined digital KPIs. The position requires collaboration with senior business leaders to understand business strategies and work within cross-functional teams to drive successful strategic outcomes. As a Decision Scientist III, you will lead the analysis of business and user needs, document requirements, measure performance, and interpret results for both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for gathering, formulating, defining, and designing solutions to complex business problems. This includes analyzing, designing, and maintaining data sources in information systems to support various projects and changing requirements. Your role will also involve measuring client interactions to improve client experience, digital adoption, and marketing segmentation using various analytics tools such as SAS, Adobe Analytics, R, and Python. In addition, you will apply your subject-matter expertise and industry knowledge to recommend actionable insights to business leaders. Acting as a team leader for projects with moderate budgets or of short-to-intermediate duration, you will interpret business goals to develop measurement strategies that inform stakeholders of progress against key business objectives. Your analysis will derive data-driven insights on visitor behavior and preferences, identifying opportunities for optimization and targeting. You will also partner with digital operations and project teams to develop tagging routines that support analytics requirements and expand the use of analytics across all digital properties. Furthermore, you will provide marketing database and technical integration in support of digital sales and personalization strategies.
