Our unique portfolio includes primarily Spanish language TV & Radio broadcast assets across 35 markets, an exclusive audio network & streaming platform, and a robust mix of curated digital & social media content solutions. We are looking for a strategic focused Digital Sales Planner with media experience to work to support the advertising sales teams across Entravision US Local markets. You will be a crucial member of a growing team to support sales in meeting its goals and providing effective media plans for their clients. This position will work out of our office in McAllen, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Build proposals, bringing together all the necessary elements, coordinating all of the elements of the custom or unique pitch components including concept, strategies, and specific flight and budget allocations.
  • Produce all pre-sale documents including PowerPoint presentations, proposals or integrating ancillary research.
  • Work with all the necessary teams internally to ensure that the elements of the plan follow internal operational guidelines.
  • Create mock-ups or screen-shots for clear deliverables to client.
  • Work with other members of the sales team to secure requested offerings and work out win-win solutions if there are requests for competing offerings.
  • Keep Sales apprised of all important issues, updated and data associated with pre-sales efforts.
  • Attend video call meetings when requested to assist Sales with clients.
  • Help Sales build solid relationships by planning and occasionally attending industry events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of digital media experience.
  • Previous sales, marketing or agency experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
  • Experience working in the media department for a major advertising agency or digital publisher.
  • Familiarity with multiple digital mediums and platforms such as Google Ads, SEM, Online Video, Mobile Display, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and/or TikTok.
  • Understanding basic digital terminology and application (ie CPM, Bidding, Margins, CPC, VCR etc).
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge across the department.
  • Must be fluent in English (written and verbal) with a professional tone and experience speaking with various audiences.
  • Spanish fluency a plus.
