We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Tool Product Manager to join our team at Motorola Solutions. This individual will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our Salesforce based digital sales tools, with the goal of empowering our sales teams to increase productivity, uncover new insights, and enhance their sales experience. The successful candidate will gather and analyze feedback from sales teams, translate them into product requirements, and oversee all stages of tool development, from definition to roll-out and change management. In this role, you will define and execute the product strategy for Salesforce-based digital sales tools in alignment with the overall sales and business objectives of Motorola Solutions. You will engage with sales teams to understand their needs and challenges, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development decisions. Your ability to translate sales feedback and requirements into clear and actionable product requirements for the development teams will be crucial. Collaboration is key in this position. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and UX/UI design, to ensure the successful development, validation, testing, roll-out, and change management of the sales tools. Conducting market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs will be part of your responsibilities to continually enhance the sales tools. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Working closely with IT teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases, managing expectations, and resolving any development issues or challenges will also be part of your role. You will drive user acceptance testing and gather feedback from sales teams during the development process to ensure the tools meet their needs and expectations. Finally, collaborating with marketing and training teams to develop effective sales enablement materials and training programs to support the adoption and effective use of the tools will be essential.
