About the position

The Digital Scheduling Coordinator at JCDecaux North America is responsible for managing the execution of digital advertising campaigns from start to finish. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure that campaigns run smoothly and meet client expectations. The position operates in a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility while working in a fast-paced advertising environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage charting, trafficking, deployment, and reporting of all digital advertising campaigns.
  • Liaise with the sales team to assist in the execution of client concepts and strategies.
  • Monitor digital advertising campaigns from beginning to end.
  • Manage special requests and content deployment communicated from sales and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree desired but not required.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Strong analytical skills to create reports and identify trends that support Finance, Sales, and Senior Management decisions.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Digital and Programmatic platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently within a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
