About the position

The role involves creating and owning the product vision for Ford Credit's digital servicing, focusing on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency through innovative digital features. The position requires collaboration with various teams to align product adoption and bridge gaps between traditional and online experiences, ensuring a user-friendly interface for customers.

Responsibilities

• Create and own the product vision for Ford Credit digital servicing.
• Develop strategies to build/improve digital features that will transform customer experience while improving operational efficiency.
• Establish metrics/dashboard to show impacts of any newly created/improved features.
• Partner with teams across Ford Credit to understand how various customer needs are met via phone, mail, and digital channels.
• Work across the organization to align and drive product adoption with partners.
• Bridge gaps between traditional experiences and online experiences.
• Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and other cross-functional teams to create, drive, and deliver an innovative, compelling, and user-friendly experience to our customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience managing and delivering best in class experiences.
• Expertise in delivering product(s) in a matrix organization.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity or have worked in SAFE agile.
• Track record of contributions to innovative, successful products and UI Platforms.
