About the position

The Digital Signage Analyst (Content Management Systems) at UCLA is responsible for driving the university's digital signage strategy, focusing on content management systems. This role involves overseeing the creation, scheduling, deployment, and management of content across UCLA's digital signage network, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards. The Analyst will work closely with senior technicians to manage and resolve customer issues related to digital signage, utilizing a ticketing system for efficient service delivery. This position aims to enhance UCLA's operations and culture by collaborating with leadership to deliver comprehensive information technology services across the university.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation, scheduling, deployment, and management of content across UCLA's digital signage network.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, high-quality, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Utilize the campuswide digital signage content management platform effectively.
  • Manage, install, maintain, and resolve customer issues pertaining to digital signage.
  • Leverage UCLA's ticketing system to address customer concerns promptly.
  • Troubleshoot problems to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborate with organizational leadership to deliver information technology and services comprehensively and consistently.

Requirements

  • Experience in information technology, management, customer service, higher education, AV/IT, or a related field.
  • Understanding of internet-based media distribution solutions, including video walls and interactive display systems.
  • Familiarity with digital signage software and content management systems.
  • Ability to assess campus needs for digital signage technology and design services accordingly.
  • Knowledge of computer, media, and networking technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships with team members and customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to contribute to an inclusive environment valuing equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
