About the position

The Digital & Social Marketing Manager at Jockey International Inc. is responsible for leading the in-house social media team to drive innovation and strategic growth across digital platforms. Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing social media team.
• Oversee the creation and execution of channel-specific strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Partner with various teams to develop compelling brand stories and product promotions.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop organic social media content.
• Lead strategy and execution for social media influencer initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with media and agency teams on paid media strategies.
• Build and optimize processes for improved workflow efficiencies.
• Stay ahead of digital and social trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital and social media marketing.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and community management.
• Demonstrated experience in developing channel strategies and executing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Passion for brand-building and audience engagement.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
