About the position

The Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketer at CMC Rescue Inc. is responsible for creating and maintaining innovative digital strategies to enhance the company's online presence. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute digital content marketing plans to grow the digital footprint.
  • Lead and enhance social media content creation efforts and maintain the content calendar.
  • Respond to and coordinate answers to comments and messages on social media.
  • Track performance metrics and refine social media strategy for maximum impact.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to create engaging content for different marketing channels.
  • Create email campaigns to promote products and nurture customer relationships.
  • Manage subscriber lists and monitor email performance.
  • Ensure the company's website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for SEO.
  • Improve website conversion rates through effective call-to-actions and landing pages.
  • Track website traffic and user behavior to analyze data for strategy optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online marketing.
  • Use CRM and CMS platforms for marketing automation and lead generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing and ecommerce website management.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development.
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused.
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media management.
  • AI proficiency or willingness to learn AI technologies.
  • Experience with CRM, CMS, and B2C/B2B ecommerce solutions.
  • Attention to detail and quality.
