About the position

The Digital Social Media Marketer will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, developing digital marketing strategies, and optimizing online advertising campaigns. This role aims to enhance the company's online presence and drive traffic to the website, ultimately generating leads and improving overall marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Create & Manage Social Media & YouTube Posts.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and generate leads.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media ads, email ads, and display ads.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO).
• Monitor and analyze analytics, campaign performance, and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
• Create Cross Link engagements and partnerships.
• Create engaging and persuasive content for digital marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

• High effective knowledge of Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including e-commerce, SEM, performance marketing, social media management, email marketing, and SEO.
• Proficient in using tools such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
