About the position

The Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist at Soul Performance Products is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote high-performance automotive products. This role focuses on engaging with a target audience of exotic car enthusiasts through various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website. The specialist will create compelling content, manage social media presence, and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital and social media marketing strategies to promote Soul Performance products.
  • Create compelling, automotive-focused content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, forums, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and grow Soul Performance's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan and execute product launches, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement in the digital space.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to understand technical specifications and translate them into marketing messages.
  • Create and implement supporting content for products via quality photography and videography, i.e. education videos, blog posts, installation guides, etc.
  • Develop and manage lead generation tactics to drive qualified traffic to our website and convert visitors into customers.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and media outlets to expand our brand reach.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets for marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, specifically in digital and social media content creation.
  • Strong understanding and passion for motorsports and the aftermarket automotive performance industry, manufacturing & distribution.
  • Proven track record in project management and lead generation tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling marketing messages.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing metrics and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
