About the position

Response Labs is seeking a digital savvy CRM & Loyalty Marketing Strategist to enhance our Strategy and Data department. This role focuses on improving customer and brand relationships through complex cross-platform digital CRM and loyalty marketing initiatives. The strategist will collaborate with various teams to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and deliver innovative strategies that meet client KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic owner and driver of all digital CRM & loyalty marketing initiatives for assigned accounts.
  • Drive testing, analysis, and insights on campaigns, seeking optimization opportunities for improved performance.
  • Deliver excellent campaign strategies and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Bring innovative ideas to client campaign strategies.
  • Analyze campaign impact and effectiveness to meet client KPIs.
  • Conduct research to gain in-depth knowledge of client brands, audiences, and outcomes.
  • Ensure testing best practices are implemented for campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in CRM and loyalty marketing for enterprise-level brands, with agency experience preferred.
  • Experience developing omni-channel, go-to-market strategies for CRM and loyalty marketing programs.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels including email, SMS, push, web, paid media, and social.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Braze, and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies (e.g., A/B testing) and experience in writing and executing plans and analyses.
  • Experience in developing and utilizing targeting models for CRM and loyalty marketing.
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating client-ready reports and presentations.
