About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. This hybrid role requires you to be in the office three days per week, collaborating closely with our team while also having the flexibility to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, including expertise in SEO, website analytics, and digital strategy development. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies, managing ad hoc marketing requests, and creating compelling content for various marketing channels. The candidate should be adept at email marketing and comfortable with outreach efforts, including purchasing data and other on-demand tasks. In this position, you will develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business goals. You will oversee SEO efforts to enhance organic traffic and improve search engine rankings, utilizing website analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize campaigns. Additionally, you will create and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and marketing initiatives. You will manage various ad hoc marketing tasks, such as reaching out to companies for data purchases and other time-sensitive projects, providing quick and effective solutions to unexpected marketing challenges. Your responsibilities will also include designing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. You will segment email lists and tailor content to different audience segments. Furthermore, you will develop compelling and high-quality content for various digital marketing channels, including blog posts, social media, and newsletters, collaborating with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in email marketing and content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
