About the position
The Digital Supply Chain Solution Advisor - Asset Management at SAP is a customer-facing role focused on understanding and aligning customer business objectives with SAP's supply chain solutions. This position aims to address significant supply chain and manufacturing challenges, driving SAP adoption to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability. The advisor will work closely with the SAP Sales Team to provide strategic support throughout the sales cycle, ultimately impacting pipeline and revenue positively.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside customers and the SAP Sales Team to understand business outcome objectives.
- Align customer objectives with SAP solution capabilities.
- Identify solutions to major supply chain and manufacturing issues.
- Provide strategic sales cycle support on specific solutions to drive SAP adoption.
Requirements
- Professional experience with large, multi-national software/IT organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one solution segment/Line of Business (LoB).
- SAP product experience or 6+ years of relevant solutions/LoB experience in Supply Chain, specifically in Asset Management and Plant Maintenance.
- Industry expertise in Industrial Machinery & Components, Automotive, Specialty Chemicals, or Consumer Goods.
- Customer-facing experience is essential.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
