About the position
The Digital Supply Chain Solution Advisor - Asset Management role at SAP focuses on providing strategic sales support for SAP's Digital Supply Chain solutions. This customer-facing position involves collaborating with customers and the SAP Sales Team to align customer objectives with SAP's capabilities, ultimately driving adoption and revenue growth. The role emphasizes understanding and addressing significant supply chain and manufacturing challenges to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside customers and the SAP Sales Team to understand business outcome objectives.
- Align customer objectives with SAP solutions capabilities.
- Provide strategic sales cycle support on Product/Line of Business specific solutions.
- Drive SAP adoption to positively impact pipeline and revenue.
- Seek solutions to major Supply Chain and Manufacturing issues for customers.
Requirements
- Professional experience with large, multi-national software/IT organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one solution segment/Line of Business (LoB).
- SAP product experience and/or 6+ years of relevant solutions/LoB experience in Supply Chain, Asset Management, and Plant Maintenance.
- Industry expertise in Industrial Machinery & Components, Automotive, Specialty Chemicals, or Consumer Goods.
- Customer-facing experience is essential.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
