As a Digital/Technical Product Manager Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting our Property and Casualty (P&C) digital claims texting and digital contact center strategy. This position requires interfacing with various technology and business teams across the organization, leveraging your claims expertise in a matrixed delivery environment. You will influence the development of text messaging, telephony, and conversational strategies to drive business value through innovative technology solutions. In this role, you will lead the discovery, delivery, and performance of digital and technology products, ensuring they meet the needs of USAA and its members. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to tackle complex problems and optimize customer experiences with our market offerings. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing multi-platform technology and digital solutions, as well as optimizing existing products to drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). You will employ User Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies to bring world-class digital products to market. You will be responsible for developing product strategies, visions, and goals, justifying decision-making related to innovation types and investments for complex digital and technology products. Ensuring strategic alignment across products and stakeholders will be key to your success. This position allows for remote work within the continental U.S., with occasional business travel required.
