We are seeking multiple Digital/Technical Product Managers to join our Digital Channels & Platforms team. This role is crucial in performing the discovery, delivery, and performance of digital and technology products and their experiences for USAA and its members. The position requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners to tackle complex and challenging problems, optimizing the customer experience with our market offerings. As a Digital/Technical Product Manager, you will design and drive the implementation of multi-platform technology and digital solutions. Your focus will be on optimizing and improving existing products and experiences across all channels and platforms to drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). You will employ Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies to bring world-class digital and technology-driven products to market. In this role, you will independently leverage digital or technology research, business and market intelligence, and data-driven insights to identify opportunities, propose solutions, create and maintain roadmaps, and improve performance. You will assist in translating digital or technology product and experience opportunities into initiatives and drive the development of execution strategies. You will shepherd these opportunities from idea to market validation through collaboration with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts. Additionally, you will continuously leverage data-driven problem-solving techniques to understand and report on product and experience performance against KPIs and KRIs, generating meaningful insights to inform improvements.
