About the position

The Digital Technology Executive Director at Guidehouse will lead the Digital Technology Segment, focusing on federal clients, particularly within the Department of Defense (DoD). This role emphasizes business development, client engagement, team leadership, and personnel development, aiming to grow the account portfolio through strategic relationships and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve in a leadership capacity within Guidehouse's Digital Technology Segment.
  • Support a federal client/account team in developing a robust pipeline of technology opportunities.
  • Oversee multiple engagements within the account portfolio.
  • Focus on business development and client-facing delivery.
  • Develop and execute call plans with buyers and industry partners to support account growth goals.
  • Assess, identify, hire, and retain IT talent critical to portfolio growth.
  • Manage engagement teams, including remote teams, ensuring quality management and economic oversight.
  • Analyze addressable market and buyer spend to inform account growth strategies.
  • Develop briefing decks and thought pieces summarizing service offerings.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance.
  • Demonstrated oversight of IT engagement portfolios, including quality management and coaching.
  • Experience managing teams of varying sizes, including remote teams.
  • Deep knowledge of IT solutions, methodologies, and industry-recognized capabilities.
  • Proven technology delivery experience with government clients.
  • Experience fostering account growth and selling IT services worth $5-10 million annually.
  • Large network of industry contacts to assist in teaming strategies and deal visibility.
  • Ability to analyze market and buyer spend for strategic planning.

Nice-to-haves

  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET security clearance or higher.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proven ability to run capture on large deals, including proposal management roles.
  • Large network of client relationships with buyers and influencers.
  • Relevant Technology certifications such as Agile, Cloud, CISSP.
