The manager will oversee a team of product owners based in the U.S., tasked with delivering top-tier digital experiences and fostering partnerships across the organization. The Digital Technology Product Management Group Manager will be responsible for defining the overall vision and long-term strategy for the digital product platform within their division. This includes clear communication of goals and desired outcomes across the company. The manager will lead a team of Product Managers, engaging with a cross-disciplinary staff to design and develop innovative financial platform products. They will be accountable for the end-to-end implementation of digital products, which encompasses execution strategy, customer journey design, requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and post-release analysis. In this role, the manager will serve as the primary interface with business stakeholders, building strong partnerships to drive strategic direction and investment decisions. They will shape business and product requirements into platform requirements while ensuring alignment with technology, operations, and risk partners. The manager will also compile content for executive-level communications and reviews, understand the competitive landscape, and lead strategic decision-making for the platform product domain. A culture of experimentation and innovation will be fostered, leveraging customer research and industry trends to drive long-term investment choices. The manager will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions and regularly review these metrics with technology peers and business partners.
