In this role, the Digital Prod Mgmt Lead Analyst provides valuable advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. The responsibilities include leading the creation of working backwards documents for platform product releases, utilizing or commissioning research and focus groups to identify best-of-breed benchmarks for addressing business challenges, and spearheading innovations through “test and learn” experiments aimed at enhancing customer value. The analyst is also responsible for defining and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform products, making trade-off decisions across multiple products in a portfolio, and developing business and platform requirements for specific components of larger products. Additionally, the role involves leveraging tools such as Ignite for API reusability and determining release goals for narrow platform products or components of larger products. The analyst must identify best practices for continuous product development improvement and assess risks associated with business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while safeguarding the firm's reputation and assets.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the working backwards documents for a platform product release
  • Uses or commissions research, studies and focus groups to identify best-of-breed benchmarks for solving business problems
  • Identifies innovations and leads 'test and learn' experiments to create platform products that increase customer value
  • Defines and measures the KPIs for a platform product
  • Makes trade-off decisions on multiple platform products in a portfolio
  • Develops business and platform requirements for either one platform component of a large platform product or a narrow product
  • Leverages tools such as Ignite for reusability of APIs and platform services

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in product line management, e-commerce, and/or strategic planning role
  • Significant experience building complex business and/or transactional models
  • Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
