About the position

The Digital Technology Product Manager for Data Centers at Carrier is responsible for leading the technical aspects, design, and management of enterprise digital technology products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet high standards of quality and performance, while also focusing on customer engagement and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for data center digital technologies.
• Collaborate with digital, engineering, design, operations, and other teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Ensure all products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Develop and implement training programs for internal teams and customers.
• Continuously monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain detailed documentation of product specifications, development processes, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, focusing on digital technology products for enterprises.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of data center technologies such as Salesforce, ServiceMax, SAP, AWS, Snowflake, Shopify, BI, ETL tools.
