About the position

The Digital Technology Product Manager for Data Centers will lead the technical aspects, design, and management of enterprise digital technology products. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of quality and performance in digital business solutions, focusing on customer engagement and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for data center digital technologies.
• Collaborate with digital, engineering, design, operations, and other teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Ensure all products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Develop and implement training programs for internal teams and customers.
• Continuously monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain detailed documentation of product specifications and development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, focusing on digital technology products for enterprises.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology or a Technical field.
• Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate them to technical requirements.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of data center technologies (Salesforce, ServiceMax, SAP, AWS, Snowflake, Shopify, BI, ETL tools, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
