About the position

As a Digital Transformation Employee Insights and Analytics Product Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will play a crucial role in managing the deployment, integration, moderation, and adoption of SaaS-based employee insights and analytics tools. Your primary focus will be to enhance employee well-being and productivity across the organization. You will leverage your collaboration, business intelligence, and data analysis skills to optimize the usage of these tools and effectively communicate their value to both technical and business stakeholders. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the roadmap that aligns with vendor updates and organizational goals. You will assist in training and supporting the team to ensure a seamless experience for all users. Collecting and analyzing user feedback will be a key part of your role, as you will provide actionable insights to the product development team. Collaboration with IT and People Services teams will be essential to ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to leverage analytics for improved productivity and well-being. Due to the nature of the work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day efforts to deploy, integrate, moderate, and adopt SaaS-based employee insights and analytics tools.
  • Leverage collaboration, business intelligence, and data analysis skills to optimize tool usage and adoption.
  • Support the roadmap that aligns with vendor updates and organizational goals.
  • Assist with training and support to ensure a smooth experience for all users.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback and provide actionable insights to the product development team.
  • Work closely with IT and People Services teams to ensure employees have the tools and knowledge to leverage analytics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with deploying workplace analytics platforms, such as Viva Insights.
  • 2+ years of experience in a role deploying technology solutions within an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with PowerBi, SQL, or Python for data extraction, manipulation, and visualization.
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 applications, including Viva Insights.
  • Experience translating collected data and feedback into continuous actionable improvements or a business case.
  • Knowledge of workplace analytics and employee well-being strategies.
  • Ability to engage and instruct users of varying technical proficiencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Business.
