About the position

The Digital Video Editor will be responsible for editing digital and social media campaign videos from concept to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platform asset ratios and safety zones, as well as the ability to implement graphics and titles, perform basic color correction, and assist in organizing and updating the digital video library. The position also involves participating in creative brainstorming sessions and contributing to the development of original content ideas.

Responsibilities

• Edit digital and social media campaign videos from concept to completion.
• Implement graphics and titles in video projects.
• Perform basic color correction on video content.
• Assist in organizing and updating the digital video library, including raw footage and completed projects.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with the production team.
• Contribute to developing original concepts and content ideas.
• Continuously develop knowledge of editing system software.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience working with video scripts, focusing on digital and social content.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, TV/Film, video production, graphic design, or a related field preferred.
• Proficient with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Premiere, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Experience working at a creative agency, broadcast station, or post house preferred.
• Experience in 4k workflow editing.
• Working knowledge of the implementation of AI in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
