Robert Half is seeking a Digital Visual Designer IV (Contract) to be a part of the Design Center of Excellence within the Experience Design team. The designer excels in crafting visually stunning and user-centered digital experiences. With a keen eye for design aesthetics and a solid understanding of UX principles, they drive the creation of intuitive interfaces that captivate users and elevate brand presence. Their expertise bridges creativity with functionality seamlessly. Specific responsibilities include developing low, mid, and high-fidelity design concepts, creating and refining visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and enhancing the user experience across various digital platforms. The designer will also be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, focusing on clarity, usability, and accessibility. Additionally, they will create interactive prototypes and wireframes to visualize design concepts, demonstrating user flows and interactions for stakeholder feedback and iterative development in Figma. Another key responsibility is to develop and deliver executive presentations, crafting and presenting insightful design briefs to executive stakeholders, effectively communicating design concepts and strategic recommendations to secure support and align with business objectives. The role requires proven expertise in visual design and UX, advanced interaction design skills, and proficiency in developing high-impact presentations to executives. The designer must also demonstrate exceptional multitasking and adaptability, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output under tight deadlines. Experience with design systems and UI patterns is essential to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across digital products.
