At Roundglass, we are dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives worldwide, and we are looking for a Digital/Visual Designer to help us bring our vision of global wellbeing to life. This position is based in Bellevue, WA, and is a full-time, on-site role. The Digital Designer will play a crucial role in creating high-quality digital experiences and compelling graphics for our digital platforms. You will be responsible for shaping the design vision and strategy while executing our consumer-facing products. This role requires a strong sense of brand identity and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, translating requirements into effective design solutions. In this position, you will design emails, landing pages, and product pages, translating product positioning, existing research, and marketing strategies into effective designs. You will create assets that adhere to the overall visual and brand direction, ensuring that marketing objectives are clearly communicated through your creative work. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and quality assurance of your designs, developing concepts for special events, and managing projects from conception to completion while meeting deadlines. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 7 years of professional design experience, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign), and experienced in executing design best practices across various media channels. A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential, along with strong typography skills. You should be comfortable presenting your designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders, and you must stay updated on current design trends. Illustration skills are preferred, and you should be organized, efficient, and able to work independently while being part of a larger team. Thriving in a start-up environment is also a key characteristic we are looking for.
