About the position

The Digital/Visual Designer at Roundglass will be responsible for creating high-quality digital experiences and compelling graphics for various digital platforms. This role involves shaping the design vision and strategy while executing consumer-facing products that align with marketing and product strategies. The designer will collaborate cross-functionally to translate requirements into effective designs, ensuring adherence to brand direction and design best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design emails, landing pages, and product pages.
• Translate product positioning, existing research, and marketing strategies into effective designs.
• Create assets that adhere to the overall visual and brand direction.
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative.
• Effectively troubleshoot and conduct quality assurance on designs.
• Develop concepts for special events.
• Manage projects from conception to completion by deadlines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
• Experienced in executing design best practices across media channels.
• Solid understanding of HTML / CSS / JavaScript.
• Strong typography skills.
• Comfortable presenting designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to stay on top of current design trends.
• Illustration skills preferred.
• Highly organized and able to work efficiently and independently as part of a larger team.
• Thrives in a start-up environment.
