About the position

The Digital Workflow Services Associate role involves working under direct supervision in a multi-skilled environment to ensure that client account documents comply with industry regulations. The associate acts as a liaison between branch personnel and the Home Office, providing troubleshooting and training support through phone assistance. This position requires a combination of operational support, problem resolution, and document processing, with a focus on maintaining compliance and enhancing service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review, update, maintain, and service client accounts to ensure documentation meets industry policies and regulations.
• Answer operational and compliance questions via phone or email related to systems and department processes.
• Prepare industry-required mailings to clients.
• Serve as a liaison between branches and other home-office personnel in a call center environment.
• Provide support and direction regarding required operational processes, policies, and timeframes.
• Educate Financial Advisors and home-office personnel on the use and maintenance of systems for submitting documentation to the Home Office.
• Assist in on-the-job training for other associates.
• Support a continuous improvement environment by providing feedback on processes and procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Degree or equivalent with at least two (2) years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, practices, products, and services.
• Proficiency in MS Office to create letters, documents, and spreadsheets.

Nice-to-haves
