About the position

As a Digital Workplace Experience Product Manager at Capital Group, you will lead the innovation of enterprise generative AI solutions and enhance the citizen developer experience. This role focuses on collaborating with users across the organization to identify their needs and pain points, utilizing generative AI and Power Platform products to create impactful solutions. You will engage in continuous testing and learning to deliver state-of-the-art features and products, modernizing work processes and generating tangible business value.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in the development and launch of software products, including strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Experience as a developer or product owner/manager of Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft's Copilot Studio and Azure AI Studio or other Generative AI development solutions.
• Highly analytical with a passion for deep product discovery.
• Experience leading lightweight, iterative experiments to validate, test, and learn.
• Dynamic and inspiring leader capable of creating excitement around a compelling product vision.
• Experience in developing technology-driven products.
• Comfortable engaging with highly sophisticated investors.
• Aptitude for collaborating with technical and creative partners, including IT, Design, Operations, etc.
• Ability to build relationships and influence business leaders on strategic product development and design matters.
• Ability to build relationships and influence vendors on product development and design.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to drive product roadmap and design to enhance user experience.
• Thrives in ambiguous settings and helps define what success looks like.
