About the position

The DIGITIVA Product Manager role at Astellas Pharma is dedicated to the development and commercialization of a Digital Therapeutic product designed to assist patients with heart failure. This position focuses on leveraging collected data to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams and strategic partners to define product requirements and deliver features that meet stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the DIGITIVA product and its value proposition.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a data product vision and strategy.
• Manage a cross-functional team in the development of data products, including requirements writing and validation.
• Define ways of working with other product team members, including road mapping and feature prioritization.
• Prototype and facilitate testing of new data product concepts.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data on user experience with the data products.
• Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the products and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Work with Data Science & Business Analytics to leverage product data for decision-making.
• Implement and prioritize strategies for data acquisition and integration from various sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management.
• Experience in Digital Health, Telemedicine, or Medical Devices.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qliksense, PowerBI).
• Understanding of the U.S. healthcare environment and healthcare data architecture.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical content to executive stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in advanced analytics / artificial intelligence products.
• Experience with regulated medical devices and/or software as a medical device (SaMD).
• Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving, early-stage, startup-like environment.
