There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
As a Digitizer Systems Applications Engineer at Analog Devices, you will be at the forefront of innovation, bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and customer needs. This role is integral to the Digitizer Systems on Modules (SOMs) Applications Engineering team, where you will engage with a diverse range of technologies and collaborate with customers globally. Your primary focus will be on developing digital receivers and transmitters tailored for the aerospace and defense sectors, including applications in phased-array radar, electronic warfare, satellite communication, and military communication markets. In this dynamic position, you will transition high-speed digitizer hardware and software from initial concept stages, represented by block diagrams, to fully realized products. You will work closely with customers to translate their system requirements into next-generation product definitions, ensuring that their needs are met with precision and expertise. Additionally, you will create software scripts designed to control, evaluate, and enhance digitizer system-on-modules, which integrate ADC/DAC ICs with RF/microwave front-ends, baseband processors, power distribution networks, and clock distribution circuitry. Your role will also involve guiding customers through system integration, troubleshooting, and testing processes, acting as a vital technical liaison between customers, marketing, and development teams. You will analyze signal chains using RF cascade concepts, focusing on gain, noise figure, linearity, and input/output power, to ensure optimal performance of the systems you develop. This position promises a variety of challenges and opportunities for professional growth, making it ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
