About the position
Dillard's Kenwood is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as James Avery Specialists. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $25, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business at our James Avery Counter while ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. This role requires a strong focus on clienteling and customer service, as well as the ability to meet monthly sales goals and hold in-store events. Candidates must be creative, organized, and possess a passion for jewelry sales. Additionally, they will be required to become certified in James Avery products and stay updated on the latest education provided by the company. The position demands open availability, including the ability to work most weekends and closing shifts.
Responsibilities
- Drive business at the James Avery Counter
- Maintain the James Avery experience for clients
- Provide high-level clienteling and customer service
- Meet monthly sales goals
- Hold in-store events
- Become certified in James Avery products and complete all required certifications
- Stay up to date on education provided by the company
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Sales experience, preferably with jewelry
- Strong organizational skills
- Typing skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be 18 years or older
- Open availability, including weekends and closing shifts
