About the position

The Regional Manager at SNOWFRUIT JFE Franchising Inc is responsible for overseeing business and sales operations within a designated region. This role involves setting performance goals, coaching franchisees, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing daily operations to maximize profitability. The Regional Manager will also evaluate operational performance, prepare financial reports, and support franchisees in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
  • Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed to brand and retailer standards.
  • Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensuring company standards and procedures are adhered to by franchisees.
  • Supporting store franchisees and acting as a primary resource.
  • Evaluating store and individual performances and addressing issues promptly.
  • Managing costs within the region to achieve budget goals.
  • Maintaining a positive, professional, and motivating work environment.
  • Ensuring 100% completion on Safety Culture Logs in the region.
  • Traveling to support other regions as needed, including new store openings.
  • Providing weekly summaries of the division, celebrating wins, and identifying improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience preferred, with consideration for other relevant experience.
  • Understanding of store operations.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong ethical leadership abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
