About the position

The Kitchen Aid/Dishwasher at Claiborne Senior Living, LLC plays a crucial role in supporting the dining services team to ensure residents receive high-quality meals and dining experiences. This full-time position involves various tasks related to food service and cleanliness, contributing to a positive dining environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Removing soiled plates and flatware from tables.
• Washing dishes thoroughly.
• Resetting tables for the next party.
• Restocking items.
• Unloading delivery trucks.
• Helping prepare cook stations.
• Cleaning appliances and machines.
• Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the dish-washing area.
• Assisting with basic food preparation tasks.
• Managing cleaning supplies and inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and sanitation guidelines.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
