Responsibilities

• Ensure proper maintenance of inventory levels for food and non-food items
• Interact professionally with clients, executives, and team members
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to clients and management as needed

Requirements

• 3 or more years of demonstrated success leading a team of culinary professionals
• A training-oriented, hands-on management style with a desire to mentor others
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of labor costs, food costs, and related factors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Personal characteristics including confidence, resilience, self-motivation, flexibility, integrity, and a positive attitude
