Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas
• Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room and restrooms
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong guest relations skills and ability to provide exceptional hospitality
