About the position
The Diocesan Administrator for the Episcopal Diocese of Wisconsin is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the diocese. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the church's mission and ensuring effective operations within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead Sunday Worship Gathering at the Summerville Campus.
- Oversee and lead rehearsals with the worship team.
- Recruit new volunteers for the worship and production team.
- Train team members to improve their skills and abilities.
- Provide personalized care for team members and participate in team-building activities.
- Schedule musicians and vocalists for services at the Summerville campus.
- Manage worship content and ensure all necessary elements for a successful worship experience are prepared and organized.
- Collaborate with the Worship Pastor to support campus Worship Directors.
Requirements
- Experience in leading worship services and managing worship teams.
- Strong musical skills, including singing and/or playing instruments.
- Ability to recruit, train, and manage volunteers effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a church or religious organization setting.
- Familiarity with planning and scheduling software for worship services.
