About the position

The Direct Auto Area Sales Manager at Lendmark Financial Services is responsible for managing the operational and direct auto purchase sales processes within a specific metropolitan region. This role focuses on enhancing direct auto lending by establishing and maintaining relationships with auto dealers, training dealer personnel, and addressing service issues, all while keeping senior leadership informed about industry trends.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience or related field
  • Ability to effectively present products/services, negotiate, and close sales
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work with limited supervision
  • Self-starter with effective dealer servicing and retention skills
