About the position

The Direct Auto Area Sales Manager at Lendmark Financial Services is responsible for managing the operational and direct auto purchase sales processes within a specific metropolitan region. This role focuses on improving direct auto lending by actively seeking new vendors to join the dealer network and maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers. The position requires effective communication, training of dealer personnel, and providing updates on industry trends to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Inquire, sign, and set up new direct auto dealers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience or related field
  • Ability to effectively present products/services and negotiate
  • Ability to prioritize and work with limited supervision
  • Self-starter with effective dealer servicing and retention skills
