About the position

The Direct Customer Service Associate role at The One Percent Inc. focuses on building strong relationships between clients and their customers through personalized service. Associates are trained to enhance product messaging and customer acquisition, with a strong emphasis on personal development and advancement from entry-level to leadership roles.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers daily to handle enrollment requests, service upgrades, contract renewals, and inquiries to ensure high customer acquisition and retention.
  • Gain extensive knowledge of our clients' products and services to educate customers, answer questions, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Associates to develop effective strategies for team success and client profitability.
  • Customize product packages based on customer needs using insights from colleagues.
  • Assist entry-level sales professionals in identifying additional opportunities for our clients while maintaining a compassionate demeanor.
  • Communicate with upper management and the compliance team to ensure proper protocols are followed when working with customers and clients.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience; prior experience in hospitality, retail sales, or related fields is a plus.
  • Team player with a competitive spirit and goal-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, customers, and colleagues.
