About the position

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to a Reverend within a non-profit organization based in Philadelphia, PA. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the Reverend's office and involves a variety of tasks that require strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in executive support, demonstrating a proven ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions. In this position, the Executive Assistant will manage the Reverend's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. This includes preparing agendas, taking minutes during meetings, and following up on action items to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. The role also involves assisting in the planning and execution of special events, services, and community outreach programs, ensuring that all logistical details are handled efficiently. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for drafting, editing, and proofreading various documents, including correspondence, reports, and sermons. Maintaining organized files and records is essential, as is representing the organization at community events and meetings, where building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders is vital. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, which includes ordering supplies, managing budgets, and coordinating with vendors. This hybrid position requires candidates to be local to the Philadelphia area, with occasional travel to the Allentown and/or Harrisburg office once per quarter.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Reverend's calendar and schedule meetings.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Executive Support.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Benefits

  • Direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $80,000 per year based on experience.
