About the position

The Direct Marketing Manager at Intellipop is responsible for leading field marketing efforts across multiple states, focusing on driving customer engagement and sales through various marketing strategies. This role involves managing local marketing teams, executing door-to-door sales, and promoting services at community events, all while ensuring alignment with sales objectives and achieving marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies, including door-to-door sales and print marketing campaigns.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and management of local marketing teams to execute marketing strategies and drive sales.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Identify and attend key community events to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage marketing collateral such as flyers and brochures to support field marketing efforts.
• Monitor market trends and analyze customer data to adjust marketing campaigns for effectiveness.
• Track and report performance metrics to ensure marketing goals are met.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources for efficient execution of marketing activities.
• Travel to key markets to support teams and oversee field marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in direct marketing, field marketing, or a similar role preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record.
• Proven track record of managing sales teams and event-based marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of marketing in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus.
• Experience with managing print marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.
