About the position
The Direct Sales Associate position at Metronet offers a dynamic opportunity to engage with customers and promote fiber-optic services through door-to-door sales. Responsibilities
- Learn and be trained on Metronet services and sales processes to work independently in the field.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain available options.
- Acquire new residential customers through door-to-door canvassing.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas for fiber internet services.
Requirements
- A willingness to work afternoons and evenings.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license.
- Some prior sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, persuasive, and closing skills.
- Neat personal appearance.
- Reliable transportation.
