About the position

This position is for a Direct Sales Director in the Central USA region, allowing for remote work within the area. The role is pivotal in establishing sales through the management of specific industry or product segment sales teams. The Direct Sales Director will be responsible for attaining team revenue and margin targets while ensuring that brand values are maintained. This position requires providing direction, development, and inspiration to team members, as well as managing the hiring and staffing of a diverse and effective workforce. The Direct Sales Director will drive sales strategies and sales promotion campaigns, and will be responsible for the career development and planning, performance, and pay discussions of team members. Regular engagement at client facilities is expected, and the role includes organizing cross-functional teams' engagement with accounts. Responsibilities

  • Establish sales through management of specific industry or product segment sales teams.
  • Attain team revenue and margin targets.
  • Ensure brand values are maintained.
  • Provide direction, development, and inspiration to team members.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales/go-to-market (GTM) roles.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity.
  • 5+ years of experience in people management.
  • Experience working directly with sales executives and sales teams.
  • A track record of delivering complex projects that have measurable results.
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed, global environment.
