Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand unique elements of assigned properties within the portfolio.
• Distribute marketing material and facilitate strategic marketing campaigns.
• Review and understand property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics accurately to management.
• Stay updated with competition in the market.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of sales experience, preferably in door-to-door sales.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
