Responsibilities

  • Engage with small and medium-sized business owners to offer supplemental insurance products and services.
  • Respond to client emails and phone calls.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients.
  • Participate in scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager.
  • Reach out to new businesses, referrals, and existing clients needing service.
  • Build and maintain your own client base.
  • Set and submit your working hours to your sales manager each week.
  • Report your daily sales metrics and activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Life & Health Insurance License required (or willingness to obtain).
  • 4 years of professional work experience or relevant outside sales experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to empathize and connect with others effectively.
  • Confidence, resilience, and self-motivation.
  • Strong skills in overcoming objections and handling rejection.
