About the position

The Direct Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in the i3 Broadband sales team by coordinating sales promotions, managing sales analytics, and supporting sales representatives to enhance performance. This position ensures that sales initiatives are executed efficiently, providing a seamless experience for both sales reps and customers. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all inside and outside sales promotions to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Report on sales analytics, including tracking the take rates of promotions, to provide insights and performance data to management.
  • Manage and communicate sales incentives, ensuring that sales representatives are informed and motivated to achieve targets.
  • Provide daily reporting to management and sales representatives to ensure transparency and alignment on goals and progress.
  • Create, track, and manage reports for commissions and bonus incentives for direct representatives across all markets.
  • Assist with screening new candidates for sales roles, supporting the hiring process.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new direct representatives and third-party contractors to ensure a smooth transition and readiness.
  • Utilize internal software applications and CRM systems to manage data and track progress effectively.
  • Process solicitor's permits for sales representatives across various markets to support legal and operational compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external escalations from sales representatives, working with other departments to resolve post-sale support issues.
  • Serve as the liaison between marketing and sales, coordinating the distribution of business materials and apparel to the direct sales team and third-party contractors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales department and company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred; or minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support, sales coordination, or administrative role, preferably within a sales driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both with clients and within the team, to foster collaboration and clear communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
