About the position

The Direct Support Associate position at Easterseals New Hampshire involves providing care and support to adults with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs in a residential home setting. Responsibilities

• Provide safe and nurturing care to residents during overnight hours.
• Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and maximizing their potential.
• Assist with daily living activities and promote community engagement.
• Build and strengthen relationships with residents and their families.
• Collaborate with a team of Direct Support Associates to create a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with automobile insurance.
