Responsibilities
- Provide in-home personal care under the direction of an RN.
- Assist in health-related functions as delegated by licensed healthcare professionals.
- Aid in completing instrumental activities of daily living such as meal planning and preparation, managing finances, and shopping for essential items.
- Help in redirection and intervention of behavior following the individual's plan of care.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Six months related experience; Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
- Valid driver's license in good standing and car registration/auto insurance (if driving for company).
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
