About the position

The Habilitation Specialist position at Liberty Healthcare's Robert M. Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients
• Continuously monitoring client activities, behaviors, health, and safety
• Providing appropriate interventions as necessary
• Engaging in pro-social activities with clients
• Supporting clients who need assistance with their activities of daily living
• Helping clients build related skills which will foster independence and good health

Requirements

• Compassionate and genuine interest in serving and supporting people with disabilities
• Healthcare, human services, or caregiver experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive position with a zero tolerance policy for drug use

Benefits

• $18.54 per hour (approximately $38,500 annually)
• $1.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am
