As a Program Associate at Bancroft NeuroRehab, you will play a crucial role in supporting adults with brain injuries and neurological conditions in their rehabilitation journey. Responsibilities
- Support individuals' journey to regain skills for daily living
- Encourage independence through personalized plans of care
- Lead recreational activities to help individuals experience joy
- Provide transportation to and from day programs, rehabilitation services, appointments, and community activities
- Communicate with residents' loved ones
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Have a current, non-provisional driver's license in good standing
- Desire to work with people recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI), acquired brain injuries, and neurological conditions
- Ability and willingness to work weekends
